Aug 11, 2002: More on EIA, EUCD, EUX, etc.

Speaking of enterprise-related stuff, Richard Anderson is teaching a seven-week workshop in northern California this September and October. The title is:

Addressing Organizational Obstacles to, and Achieving (Greater) Business Benefits from, "User-Centered" Design, Ethnographic Research, Multidisciplinary Collaboration, Usability Engineering, Information Architecture, etc.

Yow. That's 21 words, and the sub-title checks in at 39 words, but the material sounds quite interesting, touching on many of the enterprise UX issues we've been discussing recently on Bloug. If you're in the area, check it out.
