Lou,

Great design thinking on books and publishing. So few examples of how to go about design thinking. Your case study is very instructive. Thank you for sharing!!!

My favorite slide was #5, where you first mention "How is it usually done?" before asking "How would you do it differently?" I think too many times people don't want to waste any time/money in order to investigate and understand how a process is currently done before they start "re-designing" it.

Thanks again Lou,
--Dennis
