Join us at one of the most original meeting facilities in downtown Austin. The Alamo Drafthouse is a funky combination of theater, restaurant, and event venue. While in Austin, tour the pink granite buildings of the Texas State Capitol, visit the sprawling University of Texas campus, or head to 351 acre Zilker Park. In the evenings enjoy the eclectic creativity of the town's many live music venues, restaurants and bars on 6th Street and the Warehouse District.

Getting to Austin

Fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, located 8 miles from downtown Austin. SuperShuttle, Capitol Metro Bus Flyer Route #100 and taxis connect the airport and downtown.

By Car: The nearest parking structure is located between 3rd and 4th Streets on San Antonio.
By Public Transportation: Capitol Metro Bus has numerous bus and trolley stops near the Drafthouse.

Getting Around Austin

Capitol Metro Bus provides transportation from almost all neighborhoods to Downtown and the University of Texas campus, as well as to outlying communities. There are free trolley rides on the Armadillo ('Dillo) Express which circulates in the downtown area. It is rare to be able to hail a taxi in downtown Austin.

Hotels

Hotels within walking distance include the InterContinental Stephen F Austin, the Omni Austin Hotel Downtown. A short cab ride will take you to the Holiday Inn Austin-Town Lake Hotel or the Austin Motel.

Schedule and Meals

Doors for registration open at 8am; the seminar begins at 9am, and finishes at 5pm. Continental breakfast will be provided during registration from 8-9am, and two coffee breaks are also included in your registration fee. We'll provide a list of local establishments for lunch.
